❖ cottages (30)
Description: Made of either wood or brick, they come in varying sizes, though no taller than two stories. Each comes with its own little garden patch.

❖ mansions (4)
Description: They are not that large, but do have a considerable amount of rooms, plus guest houses. They have their own piece of land, complete with stables/fields. Mansions have a maximum capacity of 12 persons per household (People living in guest houses count towards the maximum capacity).

❦ somni: residential district (1^st)

❖ enveria apartments (10 floors)
Description: One of the finer apartments, it has 10 floors with a penthouse at the top. The room numbers are completely random and usually make no sense, but the first number will always be the same as the floor number. Odds on one side, evens on the other. Floors 1-7 have 8 rooms in each; 4 2-bedroom and 4 1-bedroom. Floors 8 and 9 have 4 special suites in them. All well furnished.

❖ lake meridian
Description: A nice lake with its own resident already inhabiting, the lake "monster" Nessie. But she's a nice, friendly creature who who will help anyone who may have accidentally fallen in it. There is a lighthouse and several lake cottages available for taking.

❦ somni: shopping district (2^nd)

❖ hillcrest apartments
Description: 8 floors with a luxurious penthouse at the top. Hillcrest is one of the finer hotels in the district, but with affordable rent. The first 5 floors have normal apartment rooms that alternate between 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. There are 8 apartments on each of these floors. Floors 6-8 are all modern styled suites, ranging from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom. There are 4 suites on each of these floors. The apartment also boasts a well-maintained gym, indoor swimming pool, and access to a nearby recreational park and small garden park. It's also situated near the popular shopping locations and restaurants, yet tucked away to the side for a more peaceful atmosphere.

❦ somni: business & arts district (3^rd)

❖ lagrange apartments
Description: Lagrange Apartments is a very modern apartment complex located in the heart of the Business District. For those who are used to the more contemporary, streamlined aspect of modern design, this apartment complex will surely catch your eye. It is composed of 10 floors mostly comprised of suites. The first 2 floors hold standard (but luxury) apartments (8 rooms per floor), ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom. The remaining floors are composed of suites (4 rooms per floor), also ranging in size depending on the floor.

❖ hotel dusk (3 floors)
Description: 3 floors. There are 8 rooms in each floor. ~~It looks a lot like the dorm in P3~~ ~~It has a giant cheeseburger that spins around on top. With a pickle tongue. Mmmm.~~ It does not have cheeseburger. Sadly. It is a normal building. Note: This is actually a private residence. You must contact Rise Kujikawa to sign-up and live here.

❦ somni: industrial district (4^th)

❖ infinite complex (5 floors)
Description: Not exactly the best looking apartment, but it is basically furnished. Each floor has 6 rooms and they are 1-bedroom only. To make up for this, the rooms are also very large.

❦ floating mountain
For those who want a higher view of the city. However, anyone who wants to live here will have to make their own place. Just beware of ~~Slenderman~~ a few dangers that lurk deep within the floating mountain's forests... Current establishments include an airship hangar and the Coliseum.

❦ roaming
For those who like to move from place to place (or just don't really know where to live), this category is basically for those who may live somewhere random like out in the woods or in a random shack or something.
